The Future of College Recruiting, Introduction

Over the next several blog posts I will discuss the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ (NACE) Through the Looking Glass: The Future of College Recruiting.

The goal of the article is to combine a set of essays, by prominent members of NACE on the future of how students will transition from college to their careers. In the next set of blog posts I will discuss the essays, because this document is probably unknown to students, and most recruiters, and it is very insightful into how our economy will source its workforce in the near future.

The essays set out to answer the question, what will college recruiting, and the transition from college to work, look like in 2017?

I hope you will allow me to sketch out their messages, and paraphrase where possible. I recommend downloading it, yourself, and taking in this fun piece of work.
